This site is intended to provide more than a career timeline. It gives a rounded view of how I think, work and build — across delivery leadership, product thinking, practical technology experimentation and the personal interests that shape my judgement.

My work sits at the intersection of people, systems and delivery. I am interested in how organisations create clarity, make better decisions and move confidently through uncertainty, particularly when priorities, risks and expectations are moving at the same time.

That perspective has been shaped by operational leadership, public-sector and commercial delivery, hands-on product work, and a preference for useful structure over noise. I tend to look for the practical signal in complex environments: what matters, what is changing, where risk is building, and what needs to happen next.

The aim is to make the wider context visible: the habits, interests and practical learning that inform how I approach leadership, delivery health, stakeholder confidence and product decisions.
